How do I get my password?

When you have received your "Welcome email," you will be prompted to log into the Pinkerton site to fill out the assessment. To do this you will need to click the link within the email or the link below and follow these steps.

1. Go to https://global-nexus2.pinkerton.com/login/emailmfa then click on 'Reset Password'

   
   

   
   
   
2. You will enter your email address and select “Send Verification Code” to receive a verification code.
   
   
   
   
3. Once you have received your code, enter it into the box as shown below and click on 'Verify code'.
   
   
4. Now you will be prompted to create a new password. 

Password must meet the following criteria:

• Must be between 8 and 64 characters.
• Must have at least a lowercase letter.
• Must have at least an uppercase letter.
• Must have a number.
• Must have a symbol (!@#$%^&*).
• Must be different than the most recent password.
